
As part of HB Studios, we worked in collaboration with EA Sports Tiburon over 2 years to release NBA Live 2018. The goal of this project was to use an extended development cycle to relaunch the NBA Live franchise with a fresher design and improved experience following a mixed reception for Live 16.
I acted as a Front End Engineer during the final year of this project.
Tools used on this project: Visual Studio 2015, Perforce, JIRA, Code Collab
Tasks and responsibilities throughout the project included:
- Worked with designers and production to develop full screens from wireframes and mocks while following studio coding standards and conventions.
- Performed technical art duties to provide polish for screens and components.
- Used JIRA to maintain daily time estimates, including the actioning of all task completion requirements.
- Performed code reviews for UI related tasks and bugs throughout all stages of production.
